Job Description

Essential Job Functions

Test Design – Write manual test cases using various test case design techniques for multiple applications like Web based, Web services and Database. Contribute to extending the regression suite.

Test Execution & Reporting – Execute tests as needed during throughout the project. Analyze and report test results. Identify and track defects through their lifecycle. Utilizing defect management and organization skills, provide progress and metrics on test execution and defects to project team. Provide leadership while contributing to team and company objectives. Follow team and company standards and contribute to refine and improve process and procedure. Ability to define and maintain test data.

Subject Matter Expert – Develops and maintains expert understanding of all of the components and functionality of the system and architecture.

Business Communications – Demonstrate foundational knowledge of credit card operations, banking, financial, loyalty rewards, and credit card regulatory while working with various areas of the business. Will demonstrate diligence by complying to the QA process of the project and collaborate with stakeholders in understanding the testing needs and reporting on testing results.
