Job Description

Qualification and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, IS&T (Information Systems & Technology), business essential or equivalent industry experience gained in a similar role and at a similar level. The successful candidate may process QA certifications such as CSTE, CSQA, CMSQ etc.
  • Experience: The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in execute robust quality assurance and test management processes and procedures for the entire digital platform, products in both hardware and software development.
  • Communication Skills: Given the matrix nature of the role, this role must bring exceptional influencing skills and the ability to navigate across a global company. To meet tight delivery deadlines, s/he must foster strong relationships with product owners and development teams and be viewed as a strategic quality assurance trusted advisor.
  • Computer Skills: Has a passion for technology and keeping up to date on technology trends. A highly capable technology user of the standard business systems and packages. Knowledge of Jira, test management and automation tools.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in test plans and quality standards for each product development programs, e.g., test schedules and resources, test environments, QA metrics (including security), unit testing, system/product integration testing, UAT and field trials
  • Write test scenarios, test cases; test data gathering, and management based on product owner’s defined epics and user stories for each release.
  • Delivering of quality training manual working with testing and development teams
  • Working closely with the product owners to define the delivery goals from quality perspective, ensure what is capable to deliver and meet expectations
  • Driving and promote quality throughout the entire development lifecycle, from development to product release and support.
  • Engage with Minerals Digital product owners, delivery managers, development and business enablement teams ensure product delivery and launch matches the defined quality standard
  • Ensure evolution and continuous improvement of quality standards, guidelines, and guardrails that solutions and platforms are compliant
