Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases for backend and frontend systems.
- Execute manual and automated tests to identify bugs, defects, and performance issues.
- Conduct thorough web testing across various browsers and platforms.
- Utilize automation testing tools and frameworks to streamline testing processes.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Identify opportunities for test automation in both frontend and backend systems.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Analyze test results, identify patterns, and collaborate with the development team to resolve issues.
- Perform backend testing to validate data integrity and system functionality.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and designers.
- Communicate effectively to convey testing progress, findings, and potential risks.
- Participate in sprint planning meetings and contribute to requirement analysis.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies related to QA and testing.
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute innovative ideas to enhance testing methodologies.
- Drive initiatives to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualification and Skills
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in QA Engineering with a focus on backend, frontend, and web testing.
- Proficiency in both manual and automation testing methodologies and tools.
- Experience in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Strong understanding of fintech products and familiarity with startup culture.
- Knowledge of automation testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
