Job Description
Qualification and Skills
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in test automation with Selenium, in Agile software development environment
- Technical development experience effectively writing code, code reviews, best practices on configuration management, and code refactoring
- Experience with current quality engineering and test automation tools and processes, including JUnit, Jenkins, Selenium, and IXIA, or comparable products
- Experience with Jenkins and GIT
- Programming experience in Java or any other similar programming languages
- Experience developing maintainable test automation procedures and practices
- Technical and communication skills with multiple years of relevant experience in Salesforce, ERP, and IT applications
- Experience in the CRM domain, understanding of overall SFDC architecture and working knowledge of SFDC integration approach, architecture, and release management a plus
- com certification, such as Developer Certification or Advance Developer Certification, a plus
- Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects and flexibility to support Salesforce functional testing requirements based on needs
- Strong commitment to best practices in SQA and software development, including modern CI processes and automating everything vision
- Four-year degree in CS, CE, EE, or equivalent required

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with program managers, business analysts and business teams to gather test requirements, define test plans, design test cases and automated tests, implement scalable test automation solutions, and execute the tests to deliver high quality product
- Develop maintainable test automation frameworks, tools, and automated test suites in response to growing feature sets and customer requirements
- Be an integrated part of an agile IT development team, working collaboratively with software engineers, testing engineers, and product managers from the beginning of the development cycle
- Work in fast-paced continuous integration and continuous delivery based engineering environment, while managing and maintaining CI and QA tools
- Manage QA coverage of products, including unit testing, integration testing (APIs), and end-to-end testing
- Build automation frameworks for deploying, managing, and monitoring CRM and ERP applications running on Salesforce.com and Oracle Fusion
- Anticipate future technological needs and business requirements to drive new technological approaches and tools
