QA – Automation Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Built robust/efficient/stable automation for executing large scale tests
- Reporting of test results and defects
- Communicating with development team
- Understanding of business requirements and translating requirements into test cases, and various test scenarios
Knowledge/Experience:
The candidate is expected to have 4 – 7 years of experience building testing frameworks and have expertise in the following areas:
- Core Java Development and experience with Spring framework
- Must have strong exp with Selenium.
- Experience with writing SQL and UNIX commands
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
- Experience with BDD development and testing (Cucumber feature files)
- Exposure to containerized deployment (e.g. Kubernetes / Docker) is a plus
- Working knowledge of unit testing tools such as Junit is a plus
- Exposure to Financial industry is a plus
Additional requirements if the position is with the eFront team
- Knowledge languages such as Powershell, TypeScript, JavaScript is a plus
- Knowledge of Cucumber
- Familiarity with swagger, and various reporting tools
- Working knowledge of unit testing tools like MSTest or JUnit is a plus
- Experience with Java Script, JSON is a plus
- Experience with jMeter is a plus
