Qualification and Skills
- B.E/B. Tech/MCA or equivalent professional degree
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong expertise in one or more programming languages such as Java8, Spring, Python, Lettuce, Jedis.
- Strong expertise in one any caching provider like Redis, MemCache, Apache Geo-d , Caffeine Cache is a must.
- Proven experience in designing and developing large-scale, high-performance software systems.
- Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with cloud technologies (e.g. RightScale, GCP, Terraform) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a must.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
