Job Description:
As a Testing Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire testing process, managing the testing team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. Your role will involve strategic planning, coordination with stakeholders, and execution of testing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Plan, execute, and manage testing projects to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the testing team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Quality Assurance:
- Define and implement QA strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
- Ensure thorough testing of software products, including functional and non-functional testing.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders effectively.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Testing Project Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, and project management principles.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with testing tools and defect tracking systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
