Testing Project Manager | Hyderabad

Job Description:

As a Testing Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire testing process, managing the testing team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. Your role will involve strategic planning, coordination with stakeholders, and execution of testing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:
   • Plan, execute, and manage testing projects to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
   • Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management.
2. Team Leadership:
   • Lead and mentor the testing team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance.
   • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
3. Quality Assurance:
   • Define and implement QA strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
   • Ensure thorough testing of software products, including functional and non-functional testing.
4. Stakeholder Communication:
   • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders effectively.
   • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
5. Process Improvement:
   • Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
   • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Testing Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, and project management principles.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with testing tools and defect tracking systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
