Position Overview:
Maveric Systems is seeking an experienced Test Manager with a strong background in manual/functional testing to join our team. The Test Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our projects, managing teams, and effectively engaging with clients and stakeholders. This is an immediate opportunity for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the banking domain.

- Proficient in Functional Testing with experience managing projects, teams, and client/stakeholder interactions.
- Strong conflict management skills.
- Experience in handling Fixed Bid projects.
- Domain expertise in one or more of the following areas: Banking (Core, Retail, Corporate, Wealth Management, Investment, Payment, Cards, T24, Trade Finance).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the testing efforts for projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.
- Define and implement testing strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
- Build and manage a skilled testing team, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, including scope changes and conflicts.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including test plans, test cases, and reports.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets, particularly for Fixed Bid projects.
- Provide regular project status updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in manual/functional testing.
- Proven experience in managing testing projects, teams, and client interactions.
- Strong conflict management and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
- Domain expertise in banking, including one or more of the mentioned areas (Core, Retail, Corporate, Wealth Management, Investment, Payment, Cards, T24, Trade Finance).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
