Job Description:

Qualitykiosk, a leading provider of quality assurance and software testing services, is seeking an experienced Test Lead for Payments with a strong background in manual testing. As a Test Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of payment-related modules, including Registration & Payments, Bill pay, UPI Payment, Home Banking, Fixed Deposits, Web views & settings, reports, and Admin modules. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects and collaborate with a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage testing activities related to payment modules, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
2. Design, develop, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts for payment-related functionalities.
3. Conduct manual testing to identify defects, verify functionality, and ensure a high level of product quality.
4. Demonstrate a deep understanding of payment domain concepts, including UPI Payments and Bill pay.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide input on testing strategies.
6. Utilize your knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) to plan and execute testing activities effectively.
7. Manage the Bug Life Cycle by reporting defects and tracking them to resolution.
8. Create and maintain business-level scenarios for testing based on domain knowledge.
9. Be flexible to travel to client locations as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on manual testing.
2. Proven expertise in testing payment-related modules, including UPI Payments and Bill pay.
3. Good knowledge of web-based applications and API testing.
4. Familiarity with working on JIRA for defect tracking and project management.
5. Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and clients.
7. A background in testing, rather than operations.
