Key Responsibilities:

• Manual Testing: Execute manual test cases to identify defects, issues, and vulnerabilities in software or hardware products. This includes functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Automation Testing: Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency. Collaborate with development teams to integrate automation into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Test Planning: Participate in test planning activities by defining test objectives, test strategies, and test schedules. Ensure that test plans are aligned with project goals and product requirements.
• Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects and issues through the defect lifecycle. Collaborate with development teams to prioritize and resolve issues.
• Test Environment Setup: Configure and maintain test environments, including hardware and software configurations, to replicate real-world usage scenarios.
• Reporting and Documentation: Create detailed test reports, documenting test results, test coverage, and issues found during testing. Maintain accurate and organized test documentation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, product managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure that product quality meets or exceeds expectations.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and tools. Identify areas for optimization and efficiency enhancement.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or related roles.
• Manual Testing: Proficiency in manual testing techniques, including test case design and execution.
• Automation Testing: Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or others.
• Test Planning: Ability to participate in test planning activities, define test strategies, and create test plans.
• Defect Management: Familiarity with defect tracking tools and processes.
• Team Player: Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Problem Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
