Responsibilities:

  1. Validate business requirements against the implementation through comprehensive testing, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of software functionalities.
  2. Ensure deliverables are of the highest quality to promote client satisfaction, contributing to the success of our projects and fostering strong client relationships.
  3. Share knowledge with the team through training, documentation, and other means, promoting a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture.
  4. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to learn new technologies as required by the project, staying updated with industry advancements and trends.
  5. Develop and execute automated testing Selenium scripts, enhancing testing efficiency and accuracy.
  6. Independently manage assigned tasks, taking ownership of testing activities and delivering high-quality results.
  7. Be responsible for quality analysis, identifying defects and suggesting improvements to enhance software quality.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure comprehensive test coverage and effective defect resolution.

Qualifications:

  1. Overall 7-8 years of experience in testing, with a strong background in Manual and Automation Testing.
  2. Must have hands-on experience in writing automated test scripts using Selenium, showcasing expertise in automation test framework design.
  3. Experience in JavaScript (JS)/Node/Salesforce will be preferable, contributing to the successful testing of projects involving these technologies.
  4. Demonstrates a breadth and/or depth of technical and industry competence, applying technical expertise to testing activities effectively.
  5. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, fostering collaboration and effective communication within the team.
  6. Must be flexible to adapt to new situations and challenges, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills are required, enabling effective defect identification and resolution.
  8. Ability to build and maintain automation tests in multiple environments, ensuring consistent and reliable test execution.
