As part of our training initiatives, we are currently seeking an experienced and certified Software Testing Trainer with expertise in Java Selenium, C#, Python, Appium, UFT, and API testing. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of industry experience and possess strong training skills. Job Description (JD): As a Software Testing Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions and workshops on various software testing concepts and tools. You will be expected to deliver high-quality training, focusing on Java Selenium, UFT, and API testing. In addition, you will have the opportunity to teach Appium with C# and Python as needed. The trainer should have expertise in the testing domain, with a strong focus on Selenium and related automation tools.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct software testing training sessions on Java Selenium, UFT, API testing, and other relevant testing tools.
  2. Deliver effective training on Appium for IOS, Android (Web app, Native app, Hybrid app) as required.
  3. Create and deliver training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and practical examples.
  4. Engage with participants and provide support to ensure effective learning and understanding of testing concepts.
  5. Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of the training sessions.
  6. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in software testing tools and methodologies.
  7. Work closely with the training team to develop and enhance training curriculum and materials.
  8. Provide feedback to participants and address their queries to ensure a comprehensive learning experience.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams to align training content with industry requirements and best practices.
  10. Demonstrate expertise in manual testing concepts and supplement automation training with manual testing insights.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. 10 to 15 years of experience in the software testing domain, with a strong focus on automation testing.
  2. Proficiency in Java Selenium is essential, and experience with UFT, API testing, and Appium will be advantageous.
  3. Familiarity with C# and Python for Appium automation is a plus.
  4. Certified Software Testing Trainer, with ISTQB certification preferred.
  5. Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively deliver training content.
  6. Hands-on experience in training participants on software testing concepts and tools.
  7. Proven track record of delivering successful and engaging training sessions.
  8. Flexibility and adaptability to cater training to different skill levels and learning styles.
  9. Passionate about sharing knowledge and helping participants build practical testing skills.
  10. Ability to work from the office in Pune Magarpatta from Monday to Friday for the duration of the training.
