Job Description:
As a Software Test Analyst Sr at FIS Global, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring software quality, functionality, and reliability through API and Automation Testing. Your expertise in test planning, execution, automation scripting, and API testing will be instrumental in delivering high-quality software products.

- Prepare and execute functional test cases to maintain quality throughout the release cycle.
- Collaborate with developers, Product Managers, and QA to create software tests that validate and exercise product requirements.
- Develop and maintain API Automation scripts using C# language and REST Assured.
- Create and maintain UI Automation scripts using keyword-driven automation tools.
- Participate in automation code reviews and test case reviews.
- Contribute to the automation framework and enhance automated test coverage.
- Review requirement specifications and provide testing estimates.
- Prepare and maintain test environments to ensure accurate testing conditions.
- Mentor the QA team and take responsibility for product quality.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Experience Level & Mandatory Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of test strategy and test planning methodologies.
- Strong experience in functional manual testing, including writing and executing test cases.
- Good understanding and experience with programming concepts and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), preferably with C#/Java.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Selenium and its functionalities.
- Proficiency in API testing using tools such as SOAP UI, POSTMAN, or other relevant API testing tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for database testing purposes.
- Experience in web application testing, ensuring UI functionality and user experience.
- Familiarity with the Agile methodology, emphasizing collaboration and iterative development.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
