Position: Software Quality Assurance Engineer (Multiple Profiles)

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
- Design, develop, and execute manual test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications.
- Utilize automation testing tools, such as Selenium, to create and execute automated test scripts.
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to identify software defects and ensure product stability.
- Conduct API testing to verify data integrity and compatibility between different software components.
- Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Participate in agile development methodologies, such as Scrum, and actively contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to reproduce and troubleshoot software defects and issues.
- Track and manage defects using issue tracking systems and provide regular updates on defect status.
- Continuously enhance testing processes and frameworks to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
- Proven experience in manual and automation testing, with knowledge of tools like Selenium and API testing.
- Strong understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience in creating and executing manual test cases and test scripts.
- Proficiency in automation testing tools, preferably Selenium, to develop and execute automated test scripts.
- Familiarity with API testing tools and techniques to ensure data integrity and integration between software components.
- Knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools to track and manage software defects.
- Experience working in an agile development environment and familiarity with Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
