Senior Software Testing Engineer- Remote

As a Senior Software Testing Engineer with Convera, you will play a key role in building the tools and frameworks that enable automated testing of our integrated systems. You will drive the test automation frameworks, automation strategy, processes and approaches supporting our Compliance Systems.

This highly technical role reports to the Manager, Solution Engineering and collaborates closely with the Quality Engineering team to design, develop and implement robust test automation solutions for functional, integration and non-functional tests. You will use your knowledge of test automation approaches, practices, and techniques to develop efficient and scalable solutions for test automation.

You should apply if you have:

• E. / B.Tech. / MCA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field is required
• 5 years plus software testing (manual & testing) experience.
• 2 plus years of automation testing experience.
• 2 plus years of core JAVA experience.
• Hands-on experience with multiple test automation frameworks – commercial or open source – for Web/mWeb, Mobile, APIs, Databases, and client/server applications
• Experience with development of automation frameworks and evaluation/adoption of different automation tools
• Experience with integration of test automation within the CI/CD pipeline including an automated process for analysis and reporting.
• Experience with multiple development platforms and knowledge of J2EE, API (Rest, SOAP, Message-Driven), and Micro Services
• Experience in programming/scripting
• Must be a problem solver with demonstrated experience in solving difficult technology challenges, with a can-do attitude.
