Position: Senior Software Engineer – IT
Location: Vesu, Surat (On-site)
Tekpillar is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Software Engineer – IT to join our team. This position will be based in Vesu, Surat, and requires candidates with 1-3 years of experience. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for various tasks, including manual testing, storage testing, end-to-end testing, network troubleshooting, and working with Linux/Windows environments. Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual testing of software applications to ensure quality and reliability.
- Perform storage testing, end-to-end testing, and network troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software issues.
- Work with Linux/Windows environments to support software development and testing.
- Utilize your knowledge of Citrix/VMware to address specific requirements.
- Participate in the full software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members when required.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in software engineering.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer – IT or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and techniques.
- Strong knowledge of storage testing, end-to-end testing, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience working with Linux/Windows environments.
- Mandatory experience with Citrix/VMware.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
