Job Summary: NLB Services is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance professional who excels in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development of test scripts, test scenarios, test plans, and other QA-related documentation. You should possess knowledge of testing tools such as DevOps, Postman, JIRA, and Selenium, along with a solid understanding of various testing types.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive test scripts, test scenarios, test plans, and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
Proficiency in testing tools such as DevOps, Postman, JIRA, and Selenium.
Expertise in Functional, Integration, Performance, Security, and System Testing.
Possess working knowledge of SQL Server to conduct effective database testing.
Demonstrate a good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA process areas.
Worked on 3-4 mid-sized web application projects, showcasing practical experience.
Knowledge of automation tools is a valuable asset.
Background from the Staffing, Finance, and HR industry is preferred.

Requirements:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and formulate comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Execute manual testing of software applications, accurately identifying and reporting defects.
Conduct functional, regression, usability, and exploratory testing on software products.
Work closely with the development team to reproduce and investigate issues, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, sharing best practices and providing constructive feedback.
Participate in requirements review and contribute to test strategies.
Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and testing reports.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas for process enhancement and automation.
Collaborate with developers to define test cases that can be automated.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, bringing innovative testing methodologies to the team.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
Preferable if you have an understanding of software development and the test lifecycle, exposure to AGILE and SCRUM methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with moderate verbal and written communication skills.
