Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior QA Engineer at Community Brands, you will be responsible for performing manual testing and ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products, with specific expertise in Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Test Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the development and product teams to design and execute comprehensive test plans, ensuring thorough test coverage.
  2. Manual Testing: Conduct manual testing of software applications, identifying defects, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  3. Salesforce CRM Testing: Apply your in-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM to conduct testing and verify the integration of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
  4. Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Expertise: Utilize your minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud testing to validate specific product requirements.
  5. Defect Tracking: Document and track defects using established defect tracking tools, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
  6. Test Documentation: Maintain detailed and organized test documentation, including test plans, test cases, test data, and test results.
  7. Test Reporting: Generate comprehensive test reports, providing test results and insights to project stakeholders and management.
  8. Quality Assurance: Ensure that software products meet high-quality standards and adhere to industry best practices.
  9. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer with expertise in manual testing.
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce CRM testing, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in test planning, test execution, and defect tracking.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work mode, combining remote and office work.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
