Position Summary: As a Salesforce QA Tester at RSA Tech, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our end-client’s Salesforce product. Your primary responsibility will be to build comprehensive test suites at various levels of the architectural organization, including end-to-end, integration, API/service contract, and UAT support tests. In addition to your testing duties, you will also serve as a thought leader for our Software Quality Engineering program, collaborating with product teams to understand business requirements, identifying appropriate testing solutions, and managing work intake, prioritization, communication, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with product teams to understand business requirements and project goals related to the Salesforce CRM product.
Build and execute comprehensive test suites for the Salesforce product, covering various levels such as end-to-end, integration, API/service contract, and UAT support tests.
Identify, document, and report defects and inconsistencies in a clear and organized manner.
Design and implement effective testing strategies to ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of the Salesforce product.
Serve as a thought leader for the Software Quality Engineering program, providing guidance and expertise on testing solutions and best practices.
Manage work intake, prioritization, communication, and delivery of testing initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between testing efforts and project goals.
Participate in design and code reviews to provide insights and feedback from a testing perspective.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and tools.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience as a Salesforce QA Tester or similar role, with a strong background in testing Salesforce CRM products.
Expertise in building and executing comprehensive test suites, including end-to-end, integration, API/service contract, and UAT support tests.
Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, quality assurance principles, and best practices.
Familiarity with Salesforce testing tools and technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality testing solutions and meeting project deadlines.
Ability to think critically, lead discussions, and make decisions to ensure effective testing strategies.
Knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus.
