Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at LTIMindtree, you will:

  1. Test Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and strategies.
  2. Manual Testing: Conduct thorough manual testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
  3. Automated Testing: Develop and maintain automated test scripts for UI and Rest API testing using tools like Selenium and Rest Assured.
  4. Test Execution: Execute test cases, report defects, and track issues to resolution.
  5. Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
  6. Test Documentation: Create and maintain test documentation, including test cases, test data, and test reports.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Continuously enhance and optimize the testing process, including test automation frameworks and practices.
  8. Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a high level of quality in our software products.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  1. 3 to 5 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
  2. Hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing.
  3. Proficiency in Selenium and Rest Assured for automated UI and Rest API testing.
  4. Strong programming skills in Python and Java for test automation.
  5. Solid understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
  6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  7. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We are looking for candidates who can join us on an immediate basis or within 15 days of receiving an offer.
