Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Indore. As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Codiant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our software products by implementing robust testing methodologies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Strong Understanding of QA Processes: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of QA processes and testing methodologies to ensure the highest levels of quality in our software.
Test Case Development: Create and execute test cases, whether manual or automated, and analyze the results to identify defects and ensure that our software meets the required quality standards.
Various Types of Testing: Conduct various types of testing, including Functional Testing, Regression Testing, and System Testing, to thoroughly evaluate software functionality and performance.
Mobile Application Testing: Have experience in testing mobile applications on both iOS and Android operating systems, ensuring that our applications function flawlessly across different platforms.
Issue Management: Utilize issue management software like Mantis to track, document, and report issues, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution.
Agile Development: Collaborate within an Agile development environment to integrate quality assurance processes into the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to ensure that quality is maintained throughout the SDLC.

Skills Required:

Strong understanding of QA processes and testing methodologies.
Hands-on experience in writing and executing test cases, whether manual or automated, and analyzing the results.
Experience in various types of testing, including Functional Testing, Regression Testing, and System Testing.
Mobile applications testing experience on iOS and Android operating systems.
Familiarity with issue management software such as Mantis.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
