We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Assurance (Automation Testing) professional to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon.

Job Summary: As a Quality Assurance (Automation Testing) specialist at Triumph Ladders, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct automated testing, regression testing, performance testing, and functional testing to identify and resolve defects and enhance the overall performance of our applications. We are looking for candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in automation testing with a strong background in Oracle PL/SQL, regression testing, and functional testing. Experience with Regulatory reporting and CI/CD pipeline integration (specifically Jenkins) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute automated test scripts using testing tools and frameworks to validate software functionalities and identify defects.
  2. Perform regression testing to ensure the stability and compatibility of software updates and enhancements with existing functionalities.
  3. Conduct performance testing to assess system responsiveness, scalability, and stability, making recommendations for optimization if needed.
  4. Implement functional testing to validate that software solutions meet business requirements and deliver an exceptional user experience.
  5. Utilize Oracle PL/SQL skills to design and execute database queries and ensure data integrity during testing processes.
  6. Collaborate with the development team to understand technical requirements and design effective test cases.
  7. Use CI/CD pipeline integration (Jenkins) to automate testing processes and streamline software deployment workflows.
  8. Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage and effective defect resolution.
  9. Provide accurate and timely test status reports, defect metrics, and testing progress updates to project stakeholders.
  10. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
  11. Adapt quickly to changing project requirements and priorities, ensuring flexibility and agility in testing practices.
  12. Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends, and advancements in testing technologies and tools.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in automation testing, regression testing, performance testing, and functional testing.
  3. Strong proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, with the ability to design complex queries for data validation.
  4. Experience with Regulatory reporting in the financial industry would be highly advantageous.
  5. Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline integration, particularly with Jenkins, is preferred.
  6. Hands-on experience with testing automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar.
  7. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to adapt testing practices accordingly.
  8. Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve software defects effectively.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  10. Strong communication skills to articulate testing results and collaborate with project teams.
