Job Summary:
Web India Inc is seeking a talented Quality Analyst with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our team. The Quality Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions through effective manual testing and quality assurance practices. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to understand project requirements and design effective testing strategies.
- Execute manual testing procedures to identify defects and ensure proper functionality of software applications.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test cases, test scripts, and test plans to thoroughly test software features and functionality.
- Utilize testing methodologies to perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure software quality.
- Identify, document, and track defects using established defect management tools and processes.
- Work closely with the development team to communicate and resolve identified issues.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to provide timely updates on testing progress, results, and any potential risks or challenges.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of testing activities and results.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve the overall quality of software products.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and practices.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and quality assurance practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
