Role Overview: As a Quality Analyst (Manual Testing) at CareerPartner, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive manual testing to identify defects, verify functionality, and ensure a seamless user experience for our client’s B2B2C products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and quality assurance professionals, to create and execute test plans, test cases, and validate software functionalities. Your expertise in manual testing methodologies, analytical skills, and attention to detail will be essential in delivering high-quality software solutions to our clients.

- Test Planning: Collaborate with project teams to understand product requirements and specifications, contributing to the creation of detailed test plans and test strategies.
- Test Case Design: Develop clear and effective manual test cases based on product requirements, functional specifications, and design documents to ensure thorough test coverage.
- Test Execution: Execute manual test cases to validate software functionalities, conduct regression testing, and identify defects, adhering to defined test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Defect Management: Document and track defects using the designated bug tracking system, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution and verification.
- Test Documentation: Maintain organized test documentation, including test plans, test cases, test data, and test results, to ensure traceability and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Test Reporting: Generate and communicate test progress reports, including test results, test coverage, and quality metrics, to project stakeholders and management.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and automation to enhance the overall testing process and product quality.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of quality, contribute to the overall improvement of the development lifecycle, and support a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Analyst with 2 to 5 years of hands-on manual testing experience.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in test case design, test execution, and defect management.
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems and test management tools.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
