Position: Quality Analyst – Manual and Automation Tester
Location: Indore (Work from office)

Responsibilities:
- Execute User Acceptance Testing: Perform thorough user acceptance testing to ensure that software meets specified requirements and business needs.
- Write test plans: Develop comprehensive test plans that outline test objectives, test scenarios, and test cases based on user requirements and design documentation.
- Read detailed design documentation: Analyze and understand detailed design documentation to gain a clear understanding of the software being tested.
- Strong communication skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Cross-browser testing: Conduct cross-browser testing to ensure consistent performance and compatibility across different web browsers.
- Analyze user requirements and design documents: Review user requirements, design documents, and other relevant documentation to develop detailed test cases.
- Execute functional and regression test cases: Perform manual and automated testing, execute functional and regression test cases, and document all issues, test results, and testing summaries in detail.
- Perform SQL queries: Utilize SQL queries to analyze and manipulate data as part of the testing process.
- Collaboration with development team and customers: Work closely with the development team and customers to clearly understand application requirements and functionality. Help determine test cases and effectively communicate any issues found.
- Web Content Management and E-Commerce platform testing: Conduct testing for web content management and/or E-commerce platforms to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- UAT, mobile experience, Validation, Functional testing: Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing), test mobile applications, perform validation and functional testing. Ensure software meets quality standards and requirements.
- Automation and UI testing: Utilize automation testing techniques and tools to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy. Conduct UI testing to validate user interface elements and interactions.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in manual and automation testing.
- Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Cross-browser testing experience: Experience in conducting cross-browser testing to ensure compatibility across different web browsers.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills: Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving aptitude to analyze user requirements, design documents, and identify potential issues.
- SQL skills: Proficiency in SQL queries to analyze and manipulate data.
- Web Content Management and/or E-commerce platform testing: Familiarity with testing web content management systems and/or E-commerce platforms will be an advantage.
- UAT, mobile experience, Validation, Functional testing: Experience in conducting UAT, testing mobile applications, performing validation and functional testing.
- Automation and UI testing: Knowledge and experience in automation testing techniques and tools. Familiarity with UI testing to validate user interface elements and interactions.
