Job Summary: As a Quality Analyst at CareerPartner, you will be an integral part of our Quality Assurance team, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our digital solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to understand project requirements and specifications.
  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases to validate software functionality, performance, and usability.
  • Utilize automation testing tools such as Selenium, Webdriver IO, and Cucumber to ensure efficient and effective testing processes.
  • Perform API testing to verify the integrity and functionality of backend systems and interfaces.
  • Identify defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues through thorough testing and analysis, documenting them using established defect tracking methodologies.
  • Participate in test planning and strategy discussions, contributing your expertise to enhance the overall testing process.
  • Collaborate with development teams to reproduce and isolate issues for effective resolution.
  • Provide clear and concise test reports, communicating test results, progress, and potential risks to project stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in testing methodologies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process by suggesting enhancements and process optimizations.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a Quality Analyst, with a strong background in both manual and automation testing.
  • Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium and Webdriver IO, along with experience in Cucumber for behavior-driven development.
  • Strong command of JavaScript to develop and maintain automated test scripts.
  • Experience with API testing to validate backend functionality and data integrity.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and communicate defects effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide clear feedback.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
