Position Overview:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced QA Tester to play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience in QA, with a strong background in both manual and automated testing. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid mode in multiple locations – Noida, Bangalore, Chennai, and Pune.

Key Responsibilities:
- Test Planning and Strategy:
- Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure thorough testing of software applications.
- Define testing scope and objectives.
- Test Case Design and Execution:
- Create detailed test cases and test suites based on project requirements.
- Execute manual tests to evaluate product functionality.
- Automation Testing:
- Utilize Selenium with Java for automated test script development and execution.
- Implement and maintain test automation frameworks.
- Functional Testing:
- Perform functional testing on multi-platform application software.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product management teams.
- Tools and Methodologies:
- Stay updated with the latest quality testing tools and methodologies.
- Experience with OTM (Oracle Transport Management) Testing is mandatory.
- API Testing:
- Conduct API testing to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Issue Tracking:
- Identify and report software defects, tracking them to resolution.
- Communication:
- Maintain effective communication, both verbal and written.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams at all levels.
- Client Interaction:
- Directly interact with international clients, ensuring their requirements are met.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on Functional Testing.
- Strong expertise in writing and executing test cases and test suites.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium and Java for automation.
- Experience with OTM (Oracle Transport Management) Testing, preferably in current projects.
- Familiarity with TestRail, Wireshark, Fiddler, or Charles Proxy.
- Proficiency in API Testing.
- Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse business units.
- Direct experience in client interactions at the international level.
