Key Responsibilities:

Manual Testing:

• Perform comprehensive manual testing to identify and document software defects.
• Develop, document, and maintain test cases and other test artifacts like test data and automated scripts.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and ensure thorough testing coverage.
• Execute test cases, analyze results, and report bugs effectively.
• Participate in defect triage meetings to prioritize and resolve issues.

Automation Testing:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Java.
• Enhance the existing automation framework to improve efficiency.
• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline for continuous delivery.
• Review and update test scripts to ensure test coverage and quality.
• Work closely with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing.

Requirements:

• Experience:
  • 2-4 years of experience in QA testing, including both manual and automation testing.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in manual testing techniques and tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium and Java for automation testing.
  • Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
  • Ability to write and execute test cases efficiently.
  • Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with API testing and tools like Postman or SoapUI.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
