Job Description:

Eurofins IT Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and skilled QA Test Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru, Chennai, or Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through manual testing and script development. If you have a strong understanding of test management processes, experience in database testing, API testing, and automation, and a proactive and problem-solving attitude, we encourage you to apply.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Good knowledge of Test Management processes.
  • Strong understanding of databases (DB), SQL, and familiarity with UML.
  • Experience in functional and automation testing would be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge and experience in using TFS/MTM (Team Foundation Server/Microsoft Test Manager).
  • Clear understanding and experience in Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience in API testing and SOAP/REST service automation.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral, for clear and concise communication.
  • Independent, responsive problem solver with a proactive attitude.
  • Eagerness to learn and continuously develop personal and technical capabilities.
  • Ability to work in an international environment and effectively communicate using various technologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills to quickly identify gaps in testing and integrations.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual testing of web-based applications, web services in a client–server environment.
  • Script C# code to test services, adhering to best practices and quality standards.
  • Take ownership of functionality and deliver results on time.
  • Develop different testing flows/methods for various scenarios.
  • Experience in functional, database, and ETL testing.
  • Perform Sanity, Functional, End-to-End integration, and Regression testing independently, following SCRUM guidelines.
  • Adhere to test strategies and test plans to ensure the delivered product is of high quality.
  • Collaborate closely with all stakeholders, including Development, QA, Project Manager, Business Analysts, and onsite teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and high-quality deliverables.
  • Escalate and follow-up in a timely manner regarding blocking issues and deviations from SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Possess a strong knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) processes.
  • Very good knowledge of .Net, SQL, and automation with C#/.Net (any work experience would be desirable).
