Position Overview: As a QA Specialist (Manual Testing) at Nagarro, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of software applications through test case writing, execution, defect reporting, and tracking. You will work with various tools and technologies, including JIRA, HP-ALM, and database concepts, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Test Case Writing: Develop comprehensive test cases based on project requirements using tools such as JIRA or HP-ALM.
- Test Case Execution: Execute test cases to identify defects and ensure that software meets quality standards.
- Defect Reporting & Tracking: Report identified defects and track them using tools like JIRA or HP-ALM, ensuring their resolution.
- Database Concepts: Utilize database concepts and SQL queries to perform database testing.
- Software Testing: Apply your software testing expertise to ensure the reliability and functionality of applications.
- API Testing: Conduct API testing to validate the interaction between different software components.
- Mobile & Performance Testing: Participate in mobile and performance testing activities as required.
- Scrum Development: Collaborate effectively within the Scrum development framework to align testing activities with development cycles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2.5 to 4.5 years of experience in Manual Testing.
- Proficiency in test case writing, execution, defect reporting, and tracking.
- Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL queries.
- Experience in software testing, API testing, mobile testing, and performance testing.
- Familiarity with Scrum development practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
