Position: QA SALEFORCE
Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune
Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality assurance activities for software applications, with a focus on Salesforce, NetSuite, or a similar CRM and ERP application.
- Understand the configuration features of the CRM and ERP applications and conduct testing of complex workflows.
- Perform automation testing using Selenium WebDriver, writing test automation scripts in a BDD framework, specifically Selenium/Cucumber.
- Utilize SQL and REST APIs to perform API testing and scripting.
- Demonstrate proficiency in integration testing, white box testing, Agile methodologies, and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with the global team, which may require flexibility to work in the 3 pm – 11 pm IST time zone as needed.
- Follow established QA processes, methodologies, and best practices to ensure high-quality software deliverables.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance, with a strong understanding of QA concepts, methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Minimum 1 year of strong experience in testing Salesforce, NetSuite, or a similar CRM and ERP application, including testing complex workflows.
- More than 2 years of hands-on experience in automation testing using Selenium WebDriver.
- Proficiency in writing test automation scripts in a BDD framework, specifically Selenium/Cucumber.
- Solid knowledge of SQL, REST APIs (API Testing), and scripting.
- Familiarity with integration testing, white box testing, Agile methodologies, and root cause analysis.
- Flexibility to work in the 3 pm – 11 pm IST time zone as needed to align with the global team.
