Key Responsibilities:

Web and Mobile App Testing: Conduct comprehensive testing of web and mobile applications to ensure they meet quality standards.
Functional Testing: Execute functional testing to validate that software applications perform as intended.
Integration Testing: Perform integration testing to ensure the seamless interaction of different components within the application.
API Testing: Verify the functionality and reliability of APIs used in web-based applications.
Cross-Browser Testing: Ensure that web applications function correctly across different browsers and platforms.
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of technologies such as XML, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and JSON.
SQL Skills: Use SQL queries to validate application behavior and perform database testing.
Database Testing: Experience in database testing and executing SQL queries is an added advantage.
Documentation: Maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
Communication: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate test results and collaborate with the development team.
Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment by sharing ideas and learning from colleagues.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications.
Strong knowledge of functional, integration, and API testing methodologies.
Familiarity with XML, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and JSON.
Proficiency in SQL with the ability to execute basic SQL queries for testing purposes.
Experience in database testing and SQL query execution is a plus.
Excellent communication skills to convey testing results and work effectively in a team.
Great interpersonal skills with a willingness to share ideas and learn from others.
