Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced QA Manual & Automation Testing Engineer with 3 to 5 years of industry experience to play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software products. This role requires a strong grasp of both manual and automation testing methodologies, as well as proficiency in tools such as Python and Selenium. As part of our QA team, you will contribute to the development of robust testing strategies, execute thorough tests, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional software solutions.

- Develop comprehensive manual and automation test strategies, test plans, and test cases to ensure full coverage of software features and functionalities.
- Execute manual tests to validate software functionality, identify defects, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Selenium to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
- Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to understand project requirements and provide testing insights throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in requirement analysis and review meetings to contribute valuable testing insights and identify potential risks.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure that new enhancements or fixes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
- Continuously monitor and document testing activities, including test execution results, test case coverage, and defect tracking.
- Investigate and troubleshoot defects, isolate issues, and work with the development team to provide detailed defect reports.
- Participate in test automation framework enhancement and maintenance, striving for greater test coverage and reliability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in QA, manual testing, and automation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a QA Manual & Automation Testing Engineer.
- Proficiency in both manual and automation testing methodologies and practices.
- Strong experience in creating test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium and programming languages like Python.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and within a remote team environment.
- ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus.
