Position: QA (Manual)
Location: Pune
Invimatic Technologies, a dynamic and innovative technology company, is currently seeking a talented QA professional to join our team. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in manual testing. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the development team, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and create test plans and test cases.
- Execute manual tests to identify defects, track issues, and ensure the quality of software products.
- Conduct functional, regression, and system integration testing to validate software functionality and ensure it meets the defined specifications.
- Perform exploratory testing to uncover potential defects and usability issues.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using bug tracking tools, and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.
- Participate in test estimation, test strategy, and test execution planning.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process, methodologies, and tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in manual testing.
- Strong understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Experience in executing functional, regression, and system integration tests.
- Knowledge of bug tracking tools and experience in defect tracking and management.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and the ability to work in an agile environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- ISTQB certification is a plus.
