Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and execute them meticulously to ensure the quality and flawless functionality of our web applications.
  • Perform meticulous manual testing of web applications, encompassing functional, regression, and usability testing.
  • Utilize your expertise to design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web applications using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contributing your insights to identify and report defects while ensuring their timely resolution.
  • Create and sustain documentation pertinent to test plans, test cases, and detailed test results.
  • Actively participate in requirement analysis, ensuring testability and contributing to the ongoing enhancement of QA processes.
  • Contribute your insights to the identification and implementation of automation strategies aimed at boosting efficiency in web testing.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A substantial 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in both manual and automation web testing.
  • Proficiency in the formulation and execution of manual test cases tailored for web applications.
  • Solid experience in creating, managing, and maintaining automated test scripts for web applications. Familiarity with tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar is essential.
  • A working knowledge of programming languages, such as Java, C#, or Python, for the purpose of web test automation.
  • A sound understanding of web testing methodologies, defect management processes, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Exceptional ability to collaborate effectively with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders, fostering a cohesive team environment.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills combined with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear defect reporting and comprehensive documentation.
