Role and Responsibilities:

As a QA Manual at Antino.io, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Test Case Creation: Develop comprehensive and well-structured test cases based on project requirements to ensure comprehensive coverage of software features.
  2. Test Plan Document: Contribute to the creation of test plan documents that outline testing strategies, scope, objectives, and timelines.
  3. Test Matrix and Traceability Metrics: Utilize your expertise to create and maintain test matrices and traceability metrics, ensuring alignment between requirements and test cases.
  4. Bug Lifecycle and Tracking: Demonstrate proficiency in the bug life cycle by accurately identifying, documenting, tracking, and verifying defects using tools like JIRA, Notion, Trello, spreadsheets, etc.
  5. Mobile and Web Testing: Apply your knowledge of testing methodologies to perform thorough testing of both mobile and web applications, identifying and reporting defects as needed.
  6. API and Database Testing: Utilize your mandatory expertise in API and database testing to ensure data accuracy, functionality, and integrity.
  7. Performance Testing: Leverage your experience with JMeter to conduct performance testing and ensure the optimal functioning of applications under different loads.
  8. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business analysts to ensure a seamless testing process.
  9. Test Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date test documentation, including test cases, test plans, bug reports, and testing results.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in manual testing and quality assurance.
  • Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of testing methodologies, test case creation, bug tracking tools, and testing metrics.
  • Bug Tracking Tools: Proficiency in utilizing bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Notion, Trello, and spreadsheets.
  • Mobile and Web Testing: Experience in testing both mobile and web applications, including usability and functionality testing.
  • API and Database Testing: Mandatory expertise in API and database testing to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Performance Testing: Proficiency in JMeter for performance testing and load testing of applications.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to accurately identify and document defects.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and report testing results.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Location: This position is based in Gurugram. Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to Gurugram.
