Responsibilities:

Lead the QA efforts for assigned projects, ensuring the quality and reliability of software deliverables.
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) testing to validate data accuracy and integrity.
Write complex SQL queries to perform data validation and verification.
Conduct manual testing to identify defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers.
Manage stakeholders effectively, communicate testing progress, and address concerns.
Work closely with the development team to resolve issues and defects in a timely manner.
Mentor and guide junior QA team members, sharing best practices and insights.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and tools.
Participate in requirements analysis to provide valuable input from a testing perspective.
Solve complex testing challenges and ensure the implementation of quality standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
7 to 9 years of experience in quality assurance and manual testing.
Strong experience with ETL testing and validation of data transformations.
Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for data validation and verification.
Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, concepts, and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
ISTQB certification or relevant QA certifications are a plus.
Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
