Job Description:
As a QA Lead at Innova Solutions, you will be a key contributor to the success of our projects, ensuring that our software products meet the highest quality standards. You will play a leadership role in managing and executing testing processes, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

- QA Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals, providing guidance and support in achieving testing goals and ensuring the overall quality of deliverables.
- Test Strategy and Planning: Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans, taking into consideration project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
- Test Execution: Oversee the execution of test cases, both manual and automated, and analyze test results to identify defects and ensure software quality.
- Automation: Drive test automation efforts by creating and maintaining automated test scripts, leveraging your expertise in scripting languages like Python.
- Functional Testing: Conduct functional testing to verify that the software meets specified requirements and functions correctly.
- Regression Testing: Implement regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not adversely impact existing functionality.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to align testing activities with project goals and deliverables.
- Knowledge Sharing: Promote knowledge sharing within the QA team and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.
Skills Required:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in QA, Automation, Functional Testing, Manual Testing, and Regression Testing.
- Proficiency in Python or any scripting language for test automation.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
