Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the QA team, providing guidance and mentoring to team members.
Develop and execute test plans and test cases, focusing on both automation and manual testing processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Identify, document, and track defects through the testing process, working closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
Implement and maintain testing methodologies and best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and testability.
Participate in sprint planning, design discussions, and project reviews to contribute to the overall development process.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in testing and quality assurance.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on both automation and manual testing.
Proven leadership and management skills to guide and mentor QA team members effectively.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices in the software development lifecycle.
Extensive experience in automation testing tools and frameworks.
Proficiency in manual testing and test case design techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
