Job Description:

Gammastack is seeking an experienced QA Lead to join our dynamic team in Indore. As a QA Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will lead a team of talented QA professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quality Assurance Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the team’s success in delivering high-quality software.
  2. Test Planning and Strategy: Develop comprehensive test plans, test strategies, and test cases to ensure the effective testing of software applications.
  3. Test Execution: Oversee and actively participate in test execution, including functional, regression, performance, and automated testing.
  4. Defect Management: Manage the defect tracking process, including identification, reporting, tracking, and resolution of defects.
  5. Test Automation: Drive test automation efforts and ensure that automated tests are developed and maintained effectively.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance the QA process and efficiency.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and project managers, to ensure clear communication and alignment on quality objectives.
  8. Documentation: Maintain and update test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results.
  9. Quality Assurance Best Practices: Stay current with industry best practices, tools, and technologies related to quality assurance and test automation.
  10. Risk Assessment: Identify and assess project risks related to quality and work proactively to mitigate them.
  11. Reporting: Generate and communicate test reports and metrics to stakeholders, highlighting the quality status of the project.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus.
  • ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus.
