Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic QA Game Testing – Team Lead with 4-6 years of mobile game testing experience, including a minimum of 2 years of lead experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile game testing, excellent knowledge of defect reporting tools, and exposure to embedded QA processes. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and Mentor: Lead and mentor a team of game testers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the team’s success.
  2. Mobile Game Testing: Conduct comprehensive mobile game testing, including functional, compatibility, performance, and regression testing.
  3. Project Management: Manage and prioritize multiple game testing projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries.
  4. Defect Reporting: Use defect reporting tools effectively to identify, report, and track defects throughout the testing process.
  5. Mobile Platforms: Work with various mobile platforms (iOS, Android, etc.) and ensure that games are optimized for each platform.
  6. Embedded QA Processes: Apply knowledge of embedded QA processes to ensure that games are tested thoroughly and meet the required standards.
  7. Testing Tools: Utilize different testing tools used in mobile testing, such as Xcode, Android Studio, debugging tools, TestRail, Jira, and others, effectively.
  8. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of test plans, test cases, test results, and defect reports.
  9. Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and product owners, to ensure clear communication and alignment on testing objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in mobile game testing, with a minimum of 2 years in a lead role.
  • Extensive knowledge of mobile game testing processes and best practices.
  • Proven experience in testing a minimum of 10-12 game testing projects.
  • Excellent understanding of defect reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with various mobile platforms (iOS, Android, etc.).
  • Exposure to embedded QA processes.
  • Proficiency in using different testing tools such as Xcode, Android Studio, debugging tools, TestRail, Jira, etc.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
