You will be responsible for conducting manual testing, specifically focusing on Rest API testing. Your role will also encompass a deep understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and object-oriented programming concepts (OOPS). - Conduct manual testing of software applications, with a primary focus on Rest API testing.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure thorough test coverage.
- Verify and validate software functionality, identifying and reporting defects and issues.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to understand project requirements and provide feedback on testing strategies.
- Utilize your knowledge of software QA methodologies and tools to maintain a high standard of product quality.
- Apply object-oriented programming concepts (OOPS) to create efficient and effective testing processes.
- Participate in test planning, test design, and test documentation activities.
- Work proactively to meet project deadlines and ensure timely delivery of tested software.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 3-4 years of experience in manual testing, with a strong focus on Rest API testing.
- Proficiency in software QA methodologies and tools.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts (OOPS).
