Key Responsibilities:

Test and Team Management: Work with the QA team to manage and coordinate testing efforts, ensuring that testing of functional areas is complete, tracked, and on time.
Requirements Analysis: Understand and analyze Business, Functional, Technical, and UI Requirements of the project to create effective test plans and strategies.
Test Execution: Execute manual and automated tests, including API testing, using tools like Postman. Report bugs, defects, and issues with clear and detailed descriptions.
Test Documentation: Create and maintain test plans, test scenarios, and test cases. Utilize Jira or similar tools for test management and defect tracking.
Functional and Exploratory Testing: Conduct thorough functional testing and exploratory testing to identify defects and ensure the quality of the Salesforce-based applications.
SDLC/STLC Understanding: Apply your understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to verify that code changes do not introduce new issues and that existing functionality remains intact.
Smoke/Sanity Testing: Conduct smoke and sanity testing to quickly identify critical issues and ensure basic functionality is working as expected.
Salesforce Knowledge: Utilize your knowledge of Salesforce to test Salesforce-based applications effectively.
