Best Mobile For YouRoles & Responsibilities: As a QA Engineer at Quloi, you will be responsible for verifying the functionality and performance of our software applications. You will leverage your experience in manual testing, test automation, and API testing to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards. Your strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Agile methodologies will contribute to your success in this role.
- Perform thorough manual testing to evaluate the functionality, usability, and overall user experience of our software applications.
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Cypress E2E for functional and regression testing.
- Conduct API testing and automation using tools like Postman to validate the functionality and reliability of backend services.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Identify, document, and prioritize defects and issues using industry-standard bug tracking tools.
- Work within an Agile/Scrum development environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in software quality assurance.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role for 4 to 6 years.
- Strong expertise in manual testing and test automation.
- Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver and Cypress E2E for automated testing.
- Experience with API testing and automation using tools like Postman.
- Solid understanding of web technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
