Job Description:
As a QA Engineer at Aimsinfosoft, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with our development and testing teams to identify and address issues, perform test cases, and help deliver software that meets our high standards of quality.

- Test Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop test plans and strategies for software projects.
- Test Execution: Execute test cases, report defects, and verify bug fixes to ensure the software’s functionality and performance.
- Test Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency.
- Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing to identify and prevent software regressions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test cases, test plans, and test reports.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Bug Tracking: Use bug tracking tools to report, track, and manage software defects.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in QA and contribute to the improvement of our QA processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer with 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes.
- Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of bug tracking and test management tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
