Key Responsibilities:

Perform manual testing on software applications to identify defects, bugs, and usability issues.
Create, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand project requirements and specifications.
Participate in the design and development of test strategies.
Execute regression testing to ensure the stability of software releases.
Report and track defects, working closely with the development team to resolve issues.
Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
0.6 to 1 years of experience in manual software testing.
Strong knowledge of manual testing principles and methodologies.
Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
ISTQB or similar certification is a plus but not required.
