Position: QA Automation, Manual + CRM – MS Dynamics

Location: Bangalore

Notice Period: Immediate to 20 days

TEKsystems, a leading global provider of IT staffing, talent management, and services, is currently seeking a skilled QA Analyst with expertise in Automation and Manual testing, specifically in the CRM domain with MS Dynamics. Job Description: As a QA Analyst at TEKsystems, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of the CRM platform, particularly in the MS Dynamics environment. You will work closely with the development team and other stakeholders to perform integration testing and ensure seamless functionality. We are looking for a versatile candidate who can handle both Automation and Manual testing responsibilities, with a focus on individual contribution and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your CRM platform experience, specifically in MS Dynamics, to evaluate and test the system’s functionality and integration capabilities.
  • Conduct integration testing to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability with other systems and applications.
  • If you have Automation skills, you will be responsible for developing and executing automated test scripts using tools such as QTP or Selenium.
  • In addition to Automation, you may also be required to perform manual testing tasks as needed, demonstrating your versatility and willingness to adapt.
  • Collaborate with the development team and other stakeholders to understand requirements, identify potential issues, and provide valuable feedback.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of test cases, test scripts, and test results.
  • Participate in defect tracking, analysis, and resolution processes, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Work as an individual contributor, taking ownership of your tasks and working independently without constant supervision.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in QA, with a strong focus on Automation and Manual testing.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, specifically MS Dynamics, and experience in conducting integration testing.
  • Experience with Automation testing tools such as QTP or Selenium is highly desired.
  • Familiarity with postman or similar tools for API testing would be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and provide valuable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in testing and documentation.
