Position: QA Analyst
Location: Odisha
Aspire Software is currently seeking a QA Analyst with a minimum of 2+ years of experience to join our team. This position is located in Odisha. If you meet the qualifications and are interested in this opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and define test objectives.
- Develop and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Perform manual testing of software applications, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and issues using appropriate tools.
- Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues and retest fixes.
- Participate in agile scrum meetings and provide regular updates on testing progress.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting of test results to project stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software quality assurance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a QA Analyst or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in developing and executing test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
- Solid understanding of manual testing techniques and practices.
- Familiarity with defect tracking systems and experience in logging and tracking defects.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical issues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
