As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing manual testing projects, both onsite and offshore. If you have a strong background in manual testing, possess excellent leadership and communication skills, and have at least 8 years of experience in the field, we encourage you to apply for this position.

- Lead and manage manual testing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and create comprehensive test plans and strategies.
- Oversee the design and execution of test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios to ensure thorough coverage of testing requirements.
- Coordinate with onsite and offshore testing teams to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues when necessary to ensure project success.
- Conduct regular status meetings and report project progress to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and smooth delivery of testing projects.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in manual testing and implement them in the projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in manual testing.
- Proven expertise in manual testing methodologies and processes.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Experience in managing both onsite and offshore testing teams.
- Thorough understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and testing processes.
- Knowledge of testing tools and defect tracking systems.
- ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in project management or team lead roles is preferred.
