Positions: Production Support Professionals
Location: PAN India
CGI India is currently hiring Production Support Professionals with expertise in various domains, including Java Production Support, Mainframe Production Support, IIB Production Support, and Informatica Support. We are looking for professionals with a minimum of 5+ years of experience and a willingness to work in shifts. Responsibilities:
- Provide production support and maintenance for software applications in the respective domains.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and incidents in a timely manner.
- Monitor application performance and ensure system availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts, to address production issues and implement fixes.
- Follow established incident management and change management processes.
- Participate in on-call rotations and be available for support during designated shifts.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement preventive measures to minimize production issues.
Position 1: Java Production Support
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Java Production Support.
- Strong understanding of Java technologies and frameworks.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving production issues in Java-based applications.
- Knowledge of web servers, application servers, and databases.
Position 2: Mainframe Production Support
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Mainframe Production Support.
- Strong knowledge of mainframe technologies, including COBOL, JCL, VSAM, and DB2.
- Experience in resolving production issues in mainframe-based applications.
- Familiarity with mainframe tools and utilities.
Position 3: IIB Production Support
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IIB Production Support.
- Strong understanding of IBM Integration Bus (IIB) and IBM Message Queue (MQ) technologies.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving production issues in IIB-based applications.
- Knowledge of message flows, message sets, and message domains.
Position 4: Informatica Support
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Informatica Support.
- Strong knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter and related technologies.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving production issues in Informatica-based applications.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration.
